From the publisher
Introducing the The Relative Tarot — a unique and evocative deck that bridges the past and present, connecting you with your ancestors to uncover hidden wisdom and guidance. Created by renowned divination expert Carrie Paris and visionary artist Tina Hardt, this deck offers a fresh perspective on traditional tarot, infused with ancestral energy and personal insight.
The Relative Tarot features 82 full-color cards, each adorned with vintage 19th-century photographs of ancestors from diverse ethnic backgrounds and walks of life. These images are overlaid with traditional tarot symbolism, creating a rich tapestry that honors the past while guiding you toward the future. The accompanying 96-page guidebook provides detailed interpretations for each card, along with methods to calculate your personal birth, annual, and significator cards, inspired by the works of Mary K. Greer and Angeles Arrien. This deck is designed to facilitate introspection, ancestral connection, and personal transformation.
